About Cole Aragon

I, Cole Aragon, graduated from the University of Montana in December 2022 with a Communication degree focusing on Organizations, formalizing my natural ability to effectively communicate and establish meaningful connections with all people. Amidst the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, I successfully relaunched my fraternity, Sigma Alpha Epsilon Montana Beta through extensive rebranding, community involvement, and alumni engagement. Being an older brother, playing team sports and achieving the rank of Eagle Scout at 16, I internalized and adapted to positions of influence to fulfill my role in the context it was called upon throughout my early adolescent years.

 

I spend time door-knocking residential neighborhoods I am familiar with to reintroduce myself as a local provider in this business, and hear from the residents themselves. Meeting homeowners, renters, other agents, and everyone in between, I quickly become familiar with local values, real estate agent stereotype(s) and that no one likes the mill levy tax system. My commitment to servicing residents of my focused neighborhoods, combined with in-depth, lengthy conversations of the local happenings, reassures the people of that neighborhood that I am to exceed their real estate needs, and ensure their voices are heard.

 

My mission as a fourth-generation real estate agent is to create impact through real estate placing an emphasis on community relations, local involvement, and being the best local agent for my clients and their referrals. My approach actively positions me among pre-listed properties, niche buyers, and vetted service providers, attributing to my seamless system, curated on the backend, ensures a rewarding experience for all parties involved.
